DÍA DEL SOCIO
El sábado 18 de mayo celebramos en Iratxo el Día del Socio y lo celebramos saliendo de par de mañana a dar una vueltica “wapa” por el monte, una salida suave adecuada a cualquier persona.
Se subió a Itxesia, visitando la unión de los ríos Arakil y Larraun para llegar a Santiago de Itxasperri, lugar del avituallamiento preparado con todo cariño, donde no faltaron las tradicionales sardinillas, en fin… todo un ¡manjar!, pero había que continuar así que subimos por el camino del cementerio de Eguiarreta y cogimos uno de los muchos recorridos que se han abierto alrededor de las Dos Hermanas; pasamos por el mirador donde nos entretuvimos viendo como un trío escalaba la Hermana mayor y algunos nos sacamos la foto de rigor, otros…Bajamos serpenteando por el bonito aunque un poco peligroso camino, sembrado de flores de todos los colores, para llegar al puente de madera y por el camino de las huertas tomar rumbo a la Sociedad, parada obligatoria para refrescarnos con unas cervezas con limón.
A la tarde, a eso de las 8, los mas “finos” fuimos de poteo por el pueblo hasta la hora “cumbre” del día del socio, la “supercena” que este año se ha superado en cuanto a exquisitez, aunque yo me quedaría con el ambiente que se formó después. Parece que todos andábamos a falta de un poco de “martxa”, porque nos pusimos de bailar como si fuera lo último que fuéramos a hacer en esta vida, ¡que gozada!!! … nos atrevimos con todos los ritmos… y no cuento mas porque el resto es “pa los que estuvimos”.
En serio, desde aquí y recogiendo opiniones, nuestra felicitación para la Comisión de Cultura.
